On March 1, 2012, the Board of Directors held a meeting and voted to approve the establishment of Ngoc Xanh Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company.

Ngoc Xanh company was granted business registration number 0105846551 by Hanoi Planning and Investment Department on April 5, 2012.
