Công ty cổ phần đầu tư và xây dựng Ngọc Xanh vinh dự được trở thành một trong những đơn vị thi công khách sạn Silk Path Grand Resort & Spa Sapa. Phạm vi gói thầu của Ngọc Xanh là thi công phần móng, phần thô kết cấu, xây trát, ốp lát, cát nền. Gói thầu trị giá hơn 140 tỷ đồng trên tổng mức đầu 610 tỷ đồng. Công trình được bắt đầu thi công từ tháng 7 năm 2015, đến tháng 11 năm 2017 Silk Path bắt đầu đi vào hoạt động.

Scope of package of Ngoc Xanh is construction of foundation, structure, plastering, paving, sand foundation. The package is worth more than 140 billion dong on a total of 610 billion dong. Construction started from July 2015 and from November 2017, Silk Path started to operate.

With especially difficult project topography, the resort is located on a separate hill, so during the construction period, we must have specific design calculations for foundation in the the sloping land. First, the technical staff Ngoc Xanh conducted a survey and determined the area for foundation on the sloping ground. Second, calculating and checking the stability of the sloping ground to ensure that when building works on it, there will be no subsidence, inclination, deformation leading to the damage of the work. Third, calculate the strength of sloping ground and anti-slip structure. In addition, we also used sand embankment to level the foundation, making solid base and prevent from external impacts.
